Built by Carefree Cruising s.f.o. in the Czech Republic in 2008 and fitted out by Northwich Boat Company, '5 O'Clock Somewhere' offers versatile and comfortable accommodation in a pleasant and functional interior. The current owners bought the boat 2 years ago at Staniland Marina in Doncaster and have now deciced to put her up for sale in order to buy a house. The EA licence is paid to 31/3/2021 and a pre-purchase survey from 2018 is available to prospective buyers for information purposes. Steps lead down from the aft cruiser deck to a wide starboard side cabin door, which leads into the open plan saloon area with space for free-standing furniture, a built-in TV wall unit, storage lockers, multifuel stove, wall and ceiling lights and laminate flooring. Forward is a fitted galley with built in base and eye level units, breakfast bar, laminate work top with oak trim, blue and cream tiled splash back, stainless steel bowl sink and drainer, free standing appliances and fitted hob and oven, hardwood flooring and a pair of half doors opposite.
A port side passage way with laminate flooring leads forward to the good sized second cabin or study, which easily accommodates a single bed, and has a fitted desk with drawers and wardrobe. The bathroom lies between the second and main cabins and comprises a three-quarter bath with mixer tap, shower attachment and screen, built in vanity unit and storage with ceramic wash basin, cassette toilet, heated towel radiator, charcoal ceramic tiled floor. The main cabin lies forward with fitted wardrobes along the main bulkhead, overhead lockers above the fitted double bed, bedside cabinets and forward full height lockers either side of the cabin doors, laminate flooring, port hole windows, radiator, steps and twin half-glazed doors to the well deck.
The interior is finished with ivory curtains to all windows, ceiling and wall lights, and plenty of 230v sockets throughout.
Welded mild steel plate construction, 10mm base plate, 6mm side plate and deck, 5mm cabin sides and 4mm cabin roof. The hull is painted with black bitumen paint and fitted with magnesium anodes (renewed in 2018), the decks with non-slip paint, and the superstructure is spray painted in a blue and ivory colour scheme. A black forward cratch cover and aft pram hood complete the outside finish. A brand new pram hood, frame and bumper skirt are due to be fitted soon.
The interior is spray foam insulated and fitted out with oak faced panelling and joinery, laminate, hardwood and tiled flooring, anodised alloy rectangular and port hole windows with toughened glass.

Beta Marine 4 cylinder 75hp diesel engine coupled to a PRM150D gearbox and shaft drive with a single lever engine control mounted at the helm. Approximately 320 engine hours. Last serviced in 2018 and not cruised since. Vetus bow thruster.
12v and 230v electrical systems. Twin alternators, 6 x leisure batteries (to be replaced prior to sale), 1 x engine starting battery, 2 x bow thruster batteries, 12v switch panel.
